Our investment structure is a syndication with a PPM in place. We target an IRR of 25%, an equity multiple of 2.69, and a projected capital lock-up of 3-5 years. The minimum investment is $100,000, with a minimum target offering of $100,000 and a maximum offering size of $6,000,000.
